What does it mean to be soft in business?

It is transmitted from Anas that the Prophet said, meaning: "Gentleness in any matter adorns him." Transmitted by Ibn Hibban. Another hadith narrated by Muslim says: "Allah loves (the love of Allah is His eternal Syfat, is not feelings or emotions) gentleness in all matters." Softness is the opposite of rudeness. Gentleness implies following the path of wisdom, commanding good and forbidding evil. Allah Almighty loves it when His believing slave shows gentleness in all his deeds. In training, in relationships with people and in all other matters, gentleness is required. And whoever wants to have such a quality, let him follow the morality of the Prophet until his morality and morality become consistent with the morality and morality of the Prophet. It is also important to show gentleness towards those whom we instruct on the path of truth. To show gentleness when there is hope that through it the interlocutor will accept the truth. And if a believer commands to observe, then let his behavior be gentle, not rude. Because most people are such that if they are gently commanded to comply, it leads them to comply. And the manifestation of rudeness and malice towards them, in most cases, does not lead to the achievement of the desired goal. No matter how big the corruption is, it is treated with wisdom and gentleness, because gentleness leads to the desired goal. The preacher and the giver of advice should give instructions and give advice gently, in such a way as to bring this advice closer to the one to whom it is addressed. A lot of people because of the ban, presented in a rough form, go against the desired goal! And even those who commit unbelief by persisting, or commit even more obscene. Especially if they are influential people, such as rulers, his wife, confidants, officials, judges or rich people. There are many examples of this. Once, during the reign of Caliph ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, there was a man who had a high rank, and he showed bad manners towards a Muslim during the tawaf around Cairo, and he was immediately avenged for it. He was a recent convert to Islam, and he had a high rank and great power in his country. He felt disgusted by what had happened and retreated from Islam because he could not bear the fact that an ordinary Muslim who was not a high-ranking person was avenged on him. Also, out of a manifestation of gentleness, to command his wife to perform her duties, who has ceased to perform them in such a way that she does not resist this, persisting. Especially if you want to prevent the commission of sin. If you hinder the forbidden by using gentleness, then the probability that your instruction will be listened to will be greater. The Messenger of Allah said, meaning: "The best of you for your family— they are the best of you." This hadith encourages us to be gentle towards our wife, showing her high morality.

Assassins

This phenomenon of the medieval Muslim world is well known in Europe. They came to court at the time of the heyday of orientalism in the XIX century. Overgrown with numerous legends. They became objects of mass culture in the XX and XXI centuries. One of their names migrated to English as a common name and denotes a political killer there. It is about this remarkable sect that our conversation today will be about. Origins  The history of Islam is a list of schisms, big and not so big. It all started in 632, when Muhammad, the Muslim prophet and founder of this religion, died. Inspired and united by the deceased Arabs, the main conquests and successes were still ahead. But first they had to overcome the first serious test – the division of inheritance. Immediately, the election of a caliph who would lead all Muslims began, and continued expansion. Not without intrigues, swearing and pressure, the Quraysh tribe won in this process – the first 4 caliphs were just one of them. T...
